Perhaps you've heard that Kia K7 is on its way to North America...no? Well, in all fairness the nameplate that has been tossed around in our automotive pool is actually the "Cadenza." And it describes an attractive full-size sedan modeled directly after the current Korea-based K7 automobile.

Bearing this all in mind, you can likely see why Lancaster Kia has one ear tuned to K7 news overseas. To that end, we were excited to hear that the model received a hearty redesign and recently made its official debut.

What's changed? In addition to our previous knowledge of the Kia sedan's fresh design DNA, we now know that the auto has an updated interior as well. A completely restyled console sits at the center boasting more advanced controls. Kia designers have given their magic touch to the instrument panel with new gauges as well.

In case you have not yet collected powertrain details for the K7, the auto provides three options. Drivers can choose between the following: a 198 horsepower 2.4-inline-four, a 266 horsepower 3.0-liter V6, and a 290 horsepower 3.3-liter V6.

At this point in time, U.S.-specific alterations for the forthcoming Kia Cadenza are under wraps. In fact, nothing has exactly been set in stone. Not to worry though. Our new Kia vehicle experts will keep those in Lancaster informed. Simply continue following our blog or swing by in person at any point in time to talk.
