This year Lancaster Kia has a lot to look forward to in terms of its new Kia lineup. As Kia gears up for a strong year of sales and inventory development, it welcomes the new changes that will strengthen its plans for the future.

What does Kia have in store for this year? For starters, Kia promoted its Chief Designer Peter Schreyer to become President. Since joining the Kia team back in 2006, Schreyer has already contributed great innovation and design concepts that have increased the automaker's growth tremendously. With the invaluable experience he gained while overseeing design operations in the U.S., Germany, Japan, and Korea, Schreyer now plans to bring more of his automotive expertise to the table.

A prime example of Schreyer's work can be seen in the new 2013 Kia Optima. His signature design feature is the "tiger nose" grille on the front fascia of the vehicle. This is also a stand out feature on the 2013 Sorento SUV as well. Schreyer's keen eye for detail is helping to boost the Kia brand imagine and increase its overall success.

Since the major design overhauls that Kia underwent in 2006, a boost in sales created the strongest year the automaker has ever had. With a total of 557,599 models sold, we can see how changes in the Kia model lineup have had quite a positive impact for the company. With its growing success, we are excited to see what Kia has in store for the greater Lancaster area.
