Kia of Lancaster proudly welcomes all the latest 2022 Kia models to our new inventory. Right now, our inventory has dozens of new Kia sedans, SUVs, and hybrids available, with more to arrive in the coming months. Some new Kia models have undergone redesigns, while others are brand-new additions. Let us tell you all about what's new for Kia this year at Kia of Lancaster. You will find us here on Main St in East Petersburg, proudly serving the York area.

2022 Kia Crossovers/SUVs

  • Soul: The Soul's design remains relatively unchanged, but this crossover now offers a wider range of technology on more trims, with at least three standards with a 10.25-inch touchscreen navigation display. The base LX now comes available with a Technology Package, adding a larger touchscreen with more Kia Drive Wise®™ safety features. Manual transmission no longer comes available on the Soul.
  • Seltos: The Seltos made its grand debut last year, so this crossover remains similar in its design. However, shoppers can now enjoy more advanced safety features and other conveniences standard on all trims, including Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, High Beam Assist (HBA), and Keyless Remote Entry with engine immobile.
  • Sportage: The current Kia Sportage offers a variety of new features available on the base LX trim through the available Value Edition Package. Last year's previous S trim has been replaced by the all-new Nightfall Edition, which features a sleek black exterior and interior upgrades, such as black roof rails and satin black exterior accents.
  • Sorento: The Kia Sorento underwent a full design last year, with various new powertrain options and a sporty new look. The 2022 Sorento offers some available style upgrades through the S-Line Package and more standard features across all trim levels. The Sorento even comes available as the Sorento Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid SUV.
  • Telluride: The Kia Telluride remains a powerful, off-road-savvy, and luxurious SUV, with the 2022 version adding more standard conveniences lie the 10.25-inch center touchscreen and dual-zone automatic climate control. The Telluride's exterior design has gotten some tweaks, including new badging and a new grille.
  • Carnival: The 2022 Kia Carnival is the latest addition to the SUV lineup and offers similar features, and interior volume, to a minivan. The Carnival is even larger than the Telluride, with a powerful V6 engine capable of towing up to 3,500 lbs. This SUV even has power sliding doors, making entry and exits easy and seamless.

Kia Sedans and Hatchbacks

  • Forte: The Kia Forte is one of few new Kia models with no major changes for 2022. This sedan continues to be a comfortable, fuel-efficient, and user-friendly option for drivers of all ages, so the Kia brand decided to stay the course with the fantastic Forte.
  • K5: The Kia K5 made its debut last year as the latest performance sedan from this brand. For 2022, the K5 gets some new features available on its top trims, including a Surround View Monitor (SVM). This sporty sedan also offers many standard driver-assist safety features, including Rear Occupant Alert (ROA), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), and Driver Attention Warning (DAW) with Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA).

Kia Hybrids/Electrics

  • Niro: The Niro hybrid SUV remains relatively the same for 2022, with no significant changes for this year. Shoppers can still enjoy this fuel-efficient crossover in many variants, including the Niro Plug-In Hybrid and Niro EV.
  • Sorento Hybrid/Plug-In Hybrid: The Kia Sorento delighted drivers worldwide last year when it unveiled its new hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants. Both the Sorento and Sorento Plug-In offer a powerful turbocharged hybrid powertrain along with a wider range of standard technology than you might find on other hybrid SUVs.
  • EV6: The 2022 Kia EV6 is the latest addition to the Kia hybrid lineup and will arrive at dealerships in January of next year. This sleek new EV hatchback crossover offers futuristic new technology for the modern age, including an available Augmented Reality Heads-Up Display, Apple Watch compatibility, and 12.3-inch curved touchscreens. Select EV6 trims will offer electric motor performances capable of delivering up to 320-horsepower and 446 pound-feet of torque.
